I have order the Natural Green Cleanse trial at no cost, just the shipping. I thought as a single mom with a full time job, I can better myself but trying this product out with my busy schedule. According to my email, I would receive the product within 3 days but did not receive it in 10 days. Little as I know, I was being charged $89 without having the chance to try out the product. I called the custumer service department to correct this situation but I had to hang up so many times because I was put on hold for more than 15 minutes at a time. When I finally got thru, I spoke to the manager after talking to someone else. All they can say was I had agreed the terms and conditions. But the term that was given to me was, I was suppose to get the product in 3 days not 10 days. I have offered to return the unopened product and they told me that they are not allowed to take any product back. Also, I was laughed at while talking to the manager. No work ethic what-so-ever, extremely rude! I will tell everyone out there to not try this product!
