I ordered a trial sample of your product @ £1.99 on confirmation of my order I received your terms and conditions I wasn't happy with this so I cancelled my order you gave me this cancellation No. Rma 153-433148. I never received any products to try you then proceeded to take £63.17 from my account on 13th May prior to this you also took £2.64 on the 9th April and 85p on 8th April I am a pensioner I cannot afford the loss of this and would be grateful if you would refund the money as soon as possible I have waited this long to see if you would but so far to no avail.
