Requested free trial from company called blizzard white, received trial sent back they then took funds from account still no refund received. Next thing company called bella at home send e-mail to say they are now sending out my monthly teeth whitening product instead of blizzard white, e-mailed them straight away to cancel but still sent out package and took funds from my account luckily bank now involved so should get that back. But beware when I rang they were rude and very unhelpful they did advise nothing to do with blizzard white when I asked how they acquired my bank card details couldnot answer that question as well as several others and in the end customer service advisor put the phone down on me. Soon as I get my refunds card will be cancelled.
