I want to let all people who live in wayzata and who ever go to kinkos right next to ridgedale that there is a sick old man who likes to watch young girls from their bedroom windows. I caught this sick piece of %$#@ watching me in my bedroom window at 230 in the morning (I worked at 4am). He has bright white hair and is creepy as hell. He lived in and was married to the lady i was renting a lower level house from. John also tried watching me in the shower by shoving mirrors under the door, but later told the cops it "didnt work so well"
This guy has been caught doing this almost 40 years ago (hes almost 65 years old) His disabled B%$#@ of a wife knew this and rented to me anyways saying John was safe guy. Whatever! She even told the police her husband had a peeping tom problem and had acutally caught him watching his own daughter when she was little. Sick, sick man! He said he only watched me 6 or 7 times, well then why is the dirt packed to a little path right up to my window, obviously he was doing it for the whole 9 months I lived there!
Another thing that makes me mad is when court came he almost got off with a slap on the wrist and probation! But a young female prosecture said hey wait a minute this guy is dangerous, and has a history of doing it so he got some sex offender classes and probation and he had to pay me my restitution.
As a victim the courts are suppose to keep your name, phone number and address from anyone... Except court officials, but john went to the court house, got my phone number and who knows what else and gave my number to his wife so she could call and harrasse me and said i had stole all this money from her house... The scoop on this is she has accused every person to ever walk in her house of stealing money. Donna Montague has MS and is in a wheelchair. She gets state checks and money from renters, but has to hide this extra money from the government so she puts it in her little white envelopes and hides them and forgets where she is hiding them and also sicko pervert John her husband is stealing it (yeah he seems to go on a lot of vacations) hmmmm... Wonder where it went. I have had the minnetonka police department ask me what to do since she has hundreds of claims for stealing money on so many people!!! They are both head caseses, my question to anyone is can i sue for all my rent that i ever gave this woman and win, since she knew her husband was a sick pervert? BEWARE OF THIS GUY! If you live in this area off carlson parkway make sure your windows are shut tight, he may be peeking in on you and your kids!!
