About 24 years ago I met a young woman. Let's call her Chris Pinocchio. Get it? Every word that came out of her mouth was a lie. This woman caused alot of problems for alot of people. I got away from the crazy b*tch fast. After. She started dating some of my friends creating havoc everywhere she went. During this time I also knew her family. They were Pinocchio's also. Everyone of them. After a few years of not seeing her around. Somehow she met my twin brother and started a relationship. Keep in mind she had two small children by another man that grew up to be pinocchio's to.
Chris would not seek medical attention, and would not educate them. She pulled them out of school at a very early age. My brother, mother, and me highly protested! So they grew up stupid. So boys, and girls let's get to the real issue. My brother is disabled. After the oldest girl turned 18 she started having young stupid thug boys over to visit. Next she started dragging them through the front bedroom window. Both girls were out of control. My brother had to call the police twice in one week on both girls. Chris and the oldest daughter got mad. The day after the last police call they had my brother arrested for assault with a deadly weapon.
Then chris pinocchio, and the whole pinocchio family, (gypsies, tramps, and thieves) went into my brothers house and stole everything. The police called it a domestic issue and would not prosicute. After that they started vandilzing my mom's house. So I went over to the pinocchio's house looking for the vehicle that they were using during there crime spree. Then they saw me! So they called the police and said it was my brother, wich violated the protective order.
At that time my brother was in another county disabled, very ill, with a 24/7 caretaker to look after him. We went to court over that issue. The Pinocchio's got caught in one lie after another (LIE! Lie! Lie! Lie! Lie! Perjury! Perjury! Perjury! PERJURY!!!) They reinstated my brothers bond, but would not prosicute them for perjury! I forgot to tell you about the first court issue. They were caught lying all over the place. Today after almost a year we went to trial again. The Lies were thick in the air. The attorney caught them in many lies. We produced alot of evidence about what happened, the state had no evidence. The police that testified said the Pinocchio's were (not credible). During the trial Chris Pinocchio was supposed to be out of the court room not to listen to her daughters testimony.
I caught her evesdropping for several minutes, at that time I was trying to alert someone of what she was doing. I finally caught the baliffs attention. And he told her to get back in the room. My brothers attorney motioned for a mistrial, but was denied. Even when they were orderd by the court not to discuss the case outside during a break, they were caught doing that also. We made another motion for mistrail, it also was denied. After all of our witnesses, evidence, and bad court ethics, and lies from the other party, my brother was still convicted. I call this maliciuos, and reckless prosicution. My brother got a very unfair trial. Some of the people that was watching the trial said my brother got F*CKED! Don't let me leave out the fact that this was his first conviction.
