John Neumann and his girlfriend Julie Siminski came to Rutherford County NC to rent a house from my husband and myself. The deal was. They rent it. Pay what was owed on the mortgage... And when time was up. They could buy the house for whatever was left. We took nothing in the deal. We did however keep a storage room in the basement.
Anyway. John started a business out of the house. A Level Above
For 2 months, John paid rent. For 3 he did not.
In those 3 months he ripped us off, and DESTROYED our house... Holes in walls, holes in the floors, dog/cat crap everywhere, removed walls, stole our bathtub, toilets, ripped plumbing, wiring and so on.
They stole our stove. Fridge. Chairs. Tools. Wheelbarrow. And so on and so on.
My husband took them to court today... They both lied. Flipped him off. Try to scare him... Nothing worked... The trial is Aug. 14th 2009
