Joe Fisher, Known child molester, liar, pervert... Was caught on several occassions peeping in restroom windows and booths of tanning salons... Has had charges of Molesting a child under the age of 2 filed against him (but the charges were mysteriously dropped).
This is a VERY sick man and he knows it. Beware of him being alone or around your kids!!!
