To Artical 6 «NINGBO CHIMEI PLASTIC CO., LIMITED» obliged to compensate s sum equivalent 10% of the contract value. Based on the foregoing, we ask you to voluntarily replace the non-conforming goods the appropriate and to pay damages, the above and to pay a fine or return the money for the goods, indemnify and paying a fine by transferring these sums of money to the following bank account:
