I was already several times in China and greatly value the Chinese culture, their hard work and their honesty. Therefore, I would like to do business with you. I had ordered from you before a week goods. I was assured that that the goods with payment of the advance payment of 35% was prepared in about two days for transport after EU. Several times had I call you and sent mails, but never received a reply.
Here in EU I am employed in this company, whose Customer eagerly waiting for their goods.By your incomprehensible actions, you have put me in a very unpleasant situation. I am very under pressure from my boss and our customers. Also, the existence of my family is threatened as a result.
