I would like to make a complaint about a chinese company in China in which I bought goods for resale work $US500.00. The company only send me a gift box without the goods I bought. I have been trying to call them, email since August 8 but they have never replied to tell me the problem. We used to communicate before the arrival of the gift which excludes my purchase.
