Complaint / review text:
My 13 year old son saved his money and ordered cleats on the 18th. We received a confirmation. We have heard nothing since our order and the order remains in a processing status. The phone number has been removed from their website. If you click on the fb, twitter or youtube icon on the site it just reverts you back to the site.
I made numerous attempts to find a phone # and was told there is no phone # for this company. There is no live chat or phone number so you are left with the option to e-mail them. I have e-mailed them 7 times with no response. Our credit card was billed on the 22nd. I order online often and as soon as you see your credit card is billed it always accompanies a shipping notice. This is sickening and I am not sure what to do from here. The company address on the statement makes no sense and the charges are coming from China. Karma is a wench!
