I ordered the original 14 day trial and cancelled it within 10 days and got an email confirmation to say it had been cancelled - phew I thought, I would be ok. However, I got a payment request for $121 dollars on my credit card on 24th July and an email saying the items had been shipped on 30th July but with no contact telephone number. I have tried the original numbers on my first order but to no avail. There is no order confirmation so am letting my credit card company deal with it and have closed my credit card account.
