2009 Civic Brake problems

Hi!
I own a 2009 Honda Civic. I had to change the front brake pads @ 60K, 75K, 93K and 103K. I never had this issue in any other cars I owned before. The problem is that alongwith brakepads, I had to replace the rotors as well. Looks like, the brakesystem itself is defective. I would really appreciate, if Honda Canada can address this issue and issue a Recall.
