Punish Tube Charged Me 39.45 And I Didn't Not Get A Free Account

I gave them my information thinking it was a free account only to be charged almost 40 bucks for nothing. I am scared that they will keep taking my money monthly because I could not find a cancel subscription or a support page from punish-tube.com
