Ordered product because I was so desperate to find an answer to my grout problem. I was charged shipping and handling for a supposed free tube as well as fees for the initial tube I ordered.
I did not ask for or even need the free tube. How is it possible to charge extra shipping and handling for a free tube that weighs less than an ounce? Not to mention it comes in the same package. Just in case you are wondering, no it doesn't work well. You can save yourself some money by buying a bottle of shoe polish. I'm so disappointed. Buyers Beware!
