My husband ordered a pair of shoes online on June 8. He never received them. I tried to contact the company via email and there was no response. We waited about a month and then contacted PayPal. Thank goodness we paid using PayPal and were able to file a complaint. They tried to reach the company too but the company never responded. PayPal credited our account so we didn't lose our money. Just a bad experience.
