Letter cam from NY address, stating you are a winner, send $20 to the netherlands by 8/5 and they will send you your cash prize. Sounds to good to be true-it usually is. Why hasn't U.S. Law Enforcement done anything about this. I thought the use of the U.S. Mail to defaud people going across State, and international lines was a crime.
