I made a purchase from this company for a free trial a month later they charge on my account 215.29 without my consent, i already sent an email to them saying taht i want my money back they say now because i dindt follow the 14 days to cancel the trial they cant refund my money something that i wasnt aware off. Please can you help me having my money refund.
