Payed for modification for first and second mortgage first one actualy was succsessful although that was due to my legwork. Getting them to do anything that they promised was like talking to a brick wall... Then when they were shut down I continued the application prosses with my second mortgage and have been successful at least to the point of getting the app to their underwriters and I am just waiting for the answer but meanwhile I have payed sc law $2850.00 to do this... They are shut down. I guess I was fortunate to get a $250.00 break on my 1st and do not want a refund for the 1st mort. Mod... However I do wish to be refunded for the $2850 to do the second
