Bottom line, called in a prescription and was told it would be ready by 9:00 am. Arrive 10:30 am and told that it will be another half hour. Is this the first time, no, second, no you get the picture. If it's going to take four hours then tell your customers it's going to be five. But, wasting there time just shows a lack of respect.
