I applied for a mortage thru the albany mortgage group back in oct. I was contacted by a rep from albany mortgage and was informed that my loan had been approved. I was also informed that i needed to pay 250. To an assesor, which i did. I was again contacted an instructed to acquire a homeowners ins policy which i did that cost another 100.. Then i was again contacted by albany mortgage group saying my loan had been denied. To think i payed albany mortgage a 175. Application fee all so they could help me spend more money that i dont have foolishly.
