I purchased the program because the salesman told me, i didn't need any experience with computers, or knowledge of on-line stores, this was not the case, and every day that i called to talk to him or the many different managers that i spoke to i was lied to, put off, and shuffled around like a mark in a con man movie, i also called the coaching dept. Several times only to get a answering service, then when they called me back it was during work hours when i was unavailabe. And when i returned their calls, their phone did not take in-coming calls, then i recieved a call from the company that provides the technical support, they wanted thousands of more dollars, to construct my on-line store, i'm tired, frusted, and disappointed, i just want my $101.00 back, and we can part ways.
