We purchased a car in June. We drove the car home, and were told we would receive the other key when we came in with the remainer of the money. We did and did not get the key, our salesman said he wasn't sure where it was. I called, and called, I never got a return call to tell me what happened to the key. I went there in person, and again the salesman told me he didn't know what happened to it, but used cars dept. Must have it. I still didn't hear anything. A few more calls. We went back again. This time he still said it had to be around but that he was going to let the used car dept. Worry about it, and he would let me know. He never did, so I left message with the manager, he never returned my call either. The salesman said it's not a big deal, a key is about $100.00 to get made for my car. When they wanted me to buy the car, I received a few calls, about what I wanted to do. They knew my phone number then and wanted and answer, but don't know it now and can not give me an answe
