1. Marcel G used my Amex card to pay deposit of $6500. I don't even know what that is for. Actually I didn't sign my real name. Especially the second time he use my card and did everything and told me that he helps me to increase my credit limit.
2. We ask for many times to get refund but get refused. Finally we have to try because we cannot get our money back. We have complaint case in BBB as proof.
3. This machine core part is photo printers with worth of $2995 if you search keyword of snap lab online. Even the machine does not work well if the language is not English.
4. We are told we can get the cost of the machine back in one year. Actually the unit runs for half year the income is only $80.
I want my money back. Marcel Gelineault is a human trash. He damage my dream here in Canada. And they change their office location in Mississauga, for there are too many victims who go there and ask for refund.
