I purchased the "Concierge Services Business Startup Program". I was able to read through all of the information within 45 minutes and did not feel it was worth $49.95.
On the website, there was a "100% Satisfaction Guaranteed" sticker. There was also the following statement: i guarantee that my experience i have chosen to share with you on this cd will be worth every penny. So I decided to ask for a refund of my money.
I emailed Marcel Touponse twice to request a refund and never received a response to either email. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of West Florida, but I still never heard from Mr. Touponse or received a refund.
