Colon Cleansed Cleaned My Account

I order the free trial of Acai Berry and Pure Nutrient Colon Cleanse. According to the site, I had 14 days to cancel my membership or my account would be charged the 88.45. My account was charged the same day, and I have yet to receive the credit to my account. I cancel my account the same day and another charge was taken out for the colon cleanse. I even received an insert in the product that claimed my account would not be charged until after the 14 day trial. I want to close this account but if I do, how do I have my account credited?
