I ordered this product online to receive a trial sample. This was in late June. There was a small charge on my credit card but no product was delivered. Over a month later, I was billed for the Full Cost of this product and still had not received anything from them. The really bad part is that I realized this was a scam so called their customer support to cancel on July 18 but on July 19 they billed me the full cost of the product WHICH I HAD ALREADY CANCELLED!
When I called again to ask for a refund they claimed that I had agreed to the small print and needed to have cancelled within the first 14 days of placing my initial order. I was insistent that with no product received, they had no right to bill me. After consulting her supervisor, they agreed to refund 50% of the charges. Again, I insisted on a FULL refund and again, after consulting supervisor, they agreed to a full refund. So be very insistent - first they tell you that you have agreed to their terms (i.E. Paying up front for product that never arrives), then offer a partial refund. You have to keep repeating yourself to get any satisfaction. Now I will watch my account to ensure this refund does come through. This is totally a scam and I cannot believe Dr. Oz is recommending/affiliated with this product. Read all the complaints before order ANYTHING Dr. Oz recommends. I used to think he was great but not anymore.
