I ordered a free sample of weight loss tea, Sept 8/08, the charge was for shipping and handling only. I didn't receive anything until Oct 14/08.in the meantime I was charged the shipping and handling fee of $6.82, Sept 20th on my Visa bill, when I called to complain about the charge but no product I was told they were having issues with Canadian customs and the products was released and I would receive it shortly.
Imagine my surprise when I was billed $67.49 on my Visa the day after I received the so called free product. I tried the website and got an error message that it was no longer available, I called the 800-919-2846 # and waited a very long time before an agent advised me that I had 14 days to try the product and unless I called to cancel I was billed the full amount for the product. I was very irate and agreed to return their product but he couldn't give me an address to send it to so he finally agreed that I could keep the product and they would refund my $67.49 within the next 7-14 days. I'm on standby waiting to see if this actually happens, in the meantime a warning to others, there was no fine print or indication about the large charge.
Don't order it, big scam.
