I booked a hotel in Tokyo with Agoda.com and they withdrew $1.53 as a test confirmation. That was ok, a normal procedure. Then hotels. CAVAN APAC PARIS FR withdrew $1.53. Then they withdrew 63.00 I reported my card stolen and Visa is issuing me a new card.
