Same as everyone else. Thought I was on the USPS website to change my address and thought I was paying $1.00 until I saw my bank account online and realized I was charged $19.95. I called the company twice an hour later and said I did not want the service to reverse the charge. They told me it was too late, but did I want $10 back. I said no that I was filing a complaint with the consumer protection bureau and disputing it with my bank. I asked for a supervisor and was told to call back 10-4 but that he would tell me the same thing. I said is this how you make money offering a $10 refund and keeping $9.95 when I don't want your service? They told me I should read the site and that it was my fault. I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission because I was so mad at the way they acted. I cancelled my debit card and am disputing the $19.95. My bank said they would refund it. I do not appreciate that this company now has my new address and email in addition to my debit card info. So I went to the FTC to ask them to remove my info and to shut them down.
