Yes, I say tried because my situation is like many. They called, I verified my bank info (DUMB!), they sent me the info to look at to decide IF I wanted to enroll, I cancelled the day I got the info, and they still debited money out of my account - $59.95 in February, 19.95 in March and another 19.95 in April. I went through the whole rigamarole of calling, having to cancel (even though I never signed up), writing a letter, and being told they would only refund 19.95. Called again. STILL got nowhere. Said okay, checked out the BBB. Filed a complaint with them. Checked out this website. Filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. Called my bank. Closed my account and filed a dispute through my bank. I'm still in the process of closing my account. Yesterday I got home and there was a check in the mailbox for the remaining amount due to me. This is thanks to the BBB. DO NOT give up. You can and will get your money back if you are persistent. DO NOT let these scumbags get away with ripping you off!
