Consumer Report

Dear all,
First of all excuse me for my English mistakes.
Yesterday my father received a phone call at 11.30am from a young man, saying that he is calling from Microsoft Windows Service Centre in London. As my father didn't know much about the computer, he gave the phone to me. The man said that my computer was reporting too many errors and warnings in the last period of time to the Microsoft company and he wanted to help me to remove all the junk files out of my computer. I said I can't trust him and I wanted to know his name. He said: Tony. He forced me somehow to start the computer and to type "eventvwr" in the command line. He told me to see under "Windows Protocoll" and "application" all the yellow warnings and red errors. To remove these things he made me to install "Remote Desktop Software" from the website "http://www.ammyy.com/en/". Unfortunately, I didn't understand at first what he meant to download. I just did what he said. Then he got on to my computer and showed me in the "task manager" all the processes that was going through my computer.
He then connected me to another man called Mike. First of all he said congratulations for being a registered Microsoft user. Somewhere he showed me the warning "Microsoft Certificate has expired" and also a website of Windows IT Support "http://worlditsupport. Webs.com/" and told to write down the US-phone number (1 323-522-5366).
Later he connected me to Mr. Jaison Anderson (Senior...?). He told me to pay either 305 $ for 3 years support or 320 $ for lifetime. It was like hypnotizing and I paid 400 $ with the credit card of my mother. (It was a new credit card and had a limit of 2000 Swiss Francs). The website, where I did the payment, has the title "Welcome To The Secured Payment Page Of Etechpro.net" and the site is "https://etechpro.net/pay/kspay_v3d_bypass.html". I got the Order no: ic1906 and the customer id: exn4788. During the phone conversation I didn't realize the name of the title (the name of the company). Jaison told me not to shut down the computer for 2 hours, as they are repairing it.
After talking to these people, I realized that I did something wrong.in order to make sure, I phoned to Microsoft Switzerland. They told me that these people were frauds from India and advised me to shut down my computer immediately, what I did. Later I got too many anonym phone calls which I didn't attend.
I called the bank and let the credit card locked. They said the money has been transferred to "Etechpro.net" (confirmation no.: 065793). To cancel it I need to contact the frauds (I didn't know the email address) Hopefully the frauds won't get that transfered money.
Afterwards, I went to the police station and reported the situation and I made a criminal complaint against unknown.
I called also the telephone provider and claimed to notice suppressed phone number and to report it to the police. I demanded also not to allow any suppressed phone numbers to call us in the future.
To make sure that my computer doesn't have any viruses I am going to reinstall the Windows 7. Before that I need to clean up the "master boot record (MBR)" using "bootrec. Exe". Until now, I have checked all the data files with the aid of "Kasperksy Rescue Disk".
Hopefully, my review will help a lot of people.
Bye.
