I requested a free trial and paid $4.95 S&H. A few weeks later, $89.95 was deducted from my account along with an email saying they had sent me a shipment. I immediately called and canceled anything they had signed me up for. I also returned the free trial, unopened, per their request expecting a full refund. Never happened. They claim they never received the return.
I never received a shipment.
I have returned the free trial, did not receive the shipment they charged me for. They stole $89.95 from me.
