Company automatically charged my credit card without my permission. They previously represented themselves as Dell computer technical support and last year a technician kept me on the line trying to "fix" my Dell computer and I finally got it fixed myself but I became suspicious when they called me back and asked to fix it remotely. The extra monthly charge without my permission has made me angry. This is a scam and when I called them today they told me after I insistence that they would take the fraudulent charge off.
