I ordered a wig from Halo Wigsand when received it was nothing like the one I ordered and was completely unwearable as it did not even seem to have been cut and styled. I contacted them several times to request where it should be returned to. The replies I got said it would be very expensive to return and offered. Me 25% off the price of the wig. I replied saying I would still be out of pocket. They then telephoned me, saying it would be expensive to return it to HONG KONG - the first time I realised they were not based in London. Not being able to understand the lady (who was unable to speak english very well) I requested that they send me an email. This has not been forthcoming.
