On May 26 I ordered two films from Scooter Movie Shop. My credit card was charged for the purchase. It is now July 14 and I haven't gotten my order. I did send an email about a month ago and got back a very nice note indicating that I would get my films and that I was dealing with an "old person who was slow." Fine, but I have ordered from Scooter many times. He may in fact be having a health crisis but he/she needs to take care of business through a proxy if that is the case. Why do I keep going back to a company that: 1. Takes its sweet time in sending items 2. Is usually very rude with email responses WHEN they deem it proper to even respond 3. Make absolutely NO EFFORT to make customers happy.? Well they DO have rare titles. But this is the last straw for me. They need to be called out for very poor customer service at the very least. And I am getting so tired of being ignored by them. I am filing a fraud complaint today with Google Wallet. I want my money back.
