I had a Lance GSR 150 scooter that ended up being a lemon. Overall it was a great scooter but it had an intermitant problem that no matter how many times I took it into the shop could not be identified and therefore could not be fixed. Lance took the initiative to take the scooter up to their main headquarters and have their mechanics fix it. The only problem was that the intermitant problem didn't present itself for them. Ahhhhh, frustrating, huh? So I get the scooter back and once again it dies on me. I contact Lance and they're fed up too and tell me that they're going to give me a brand new scooter! Now that's customer service! They did everyting they could to try and fix the problem, and when that didn't work, they didn't give up on me and went all the way to make me happy. Their lines of communication were always open (returned all emails and calls) and they were persistant to make me happy.
