I just want to take the time to say that I am completely appalled by how the staff just treated me on the phone when I tried to call and cancel my order. The young man on the end of the phone harassed me and demanded that I give him an answer as to why I have not tried this or why I am canceling. It was so upsetting that at one point I asked for the supervisor and I was told there "is no supervisor". This is the lowest level of customer service I have ever encountered. I was harassed on the phone for nearly ten minutes until he finally cancelled my order, and I am not using the term harassed lightly. He first demanded why I am canceling the order and after I explained that I prefer not to take this he demanded why and argued with me because my physician had told me not to take it. I now have two full unopened bottles and no refund because the member of the staff was so rude I could not even bare to be on the line anymore. I have never experienced such poor customer service and I have never felt more harassed by a company.
