My wife ordered a free satisfaction gauranteed trial offer of health supplements from this company (paying just shipping and handling). She did not like and attempted to contact the company several times to advise she did not want to recieve any more product... The company apparently does not adequately support their customer service phone line, as each time she was on hold for 10-15 minutes without success.
The company charged us $92 two weeks later for the trial product, and then again 10 days after that for another $98 for a second order that we did not want. We returned the product and finally were able to get someone on the line to ask for them to refund the exorbitant fees. They returned the $98 charge, but said their system was having problems processing the other refund (for $92). They advised (name: Emma) that I would be contacted the next day to sort out the second refund. I was not contacted and now cannot reach anyone on their customer service line-I held for 20 minutes without success.
This company has scammed us, and likely many others. A quick google search reveals many other similar complaints of unfair and fraudulent business practices. Please help.
