Our phones are on our daughters account and didn't realize charges over the many months had been charged. My daughter had been noticing her bill getting bigger, but until today didn't go back to check it. From 7-30-12 to 2-28-13 we have been getting a $9.99 monthly charge. We were given the number to call only to find out it is temporarily out of service. I went to the internet and found all of these complaints. I have no other recourse but to file this complaint.
