Purchase from Future technology online Microsoft office Professional This company advertised as being a Microsoft Gold Partner. When I tried to activate the software it proved impossible and when I contacted Microsoft they told me this was a pirate copy. Microsoft were not very helpful in my opinion
This item was paid via Paypal and Paypal did not want to know and stated they did not cover this type of transaction and therefore would not refund my money. Paypal advertise by using their services you are protected if anything goes wrong. This is not the case. They have now sent me a list of all the categories that they won't cover. Would urge everybody to avoid using Paypal until they change their policies.
