Last month I noticed a purchased for $14.95 and when I called my bank they told me the charge is from ap9 galleria usa. I had never heard of them and I did not authorized them to deduct $14.95 dollars from my checking account. The bank did not have a number or an address from them and I had no luck in getting a number.
Less than 30 days I have another charge of $14.95. This time when I called my bank they had a number. The person that I spoke to was very nasty and she said that I got through a pop that I clicked on. I told her that I don't ever click on pop ups and I want my money refunded to me. She said that they only will refund me one months payment and quickly gave me a number and hung up. This is a very bad way to to business!
