I just had some repairs done on my car, but i remembered i had bought a service warranty contract from mogi-pr back in 2009. I wanted to contact them to file a claim, but all the telephone numbers i had were no good. Finally, i called the service contract people were i made my payments, and they told me this company went out of business and filed for bankruptcy. Since i never benefited from this contract, can i get my money back?
