Denied claim after mechanic looked at section for transmission and ok'd that those parts were covered

I recently purchased an extended warranty through Mogi where I was informed that my transmission would be covered in the event of a claim. I asked at that point if my transmission would be covered "No Matter What" and was informed that this would be the case. I received my induction package and looked through the information only to find that the company now covering my 2000 Toyota Camry was Consumer Direct Warranty Services. On Thursday 9/17/09 I took my car to Sun Devil Auto at Val Vista and Warner due to a lag I felt while driving. I spoke with the manager Bob Saniter (480) 507-0808 and at that point showed him the booklet that was sent to me showing what items are covered and asked him if those items were the problem. He told me at that point that there was a problem with the items listed so we can move forward. Now after my transmission has been opened and the vehicle will not work the warranty company is denying my claim even though the booklet attached with the policy and the seller has stated that this item is covered. Any assistance in getting this problem rectified and my claim covered would be greatly appreciated since the car now is basically inoperable.

I reviewed my warranty information. As a matter of fact, I had the mechanic who is certified to the specifications listed in the policy I bought from Mogi, look at what was covered per guidelines of the warranty and he reiterated before taking my transmission out that those problems were included. This is clearly a case of you not wanting to pay a valid claim, Ray also called to tell you that those problems listed on the warranty are also included and sent a fax which should be included as an attachment to that original addendum. You of course are looking for a reason to deny this so you're discarding that information. I never signed up w / Consumer Direct and had no idea about this bait and switch tactic that was used.

Good Afternoon Mr. Burris,
Thank you for your email.
I have reviewed your claim as well as a copy of your product warranty agreement.in doing so I can assure you that your claim was adjudicated based on the terms and conditions of your product warranty.
The product warranty that you purchased only covers listed components that are broken per the agreement. Based on the information your repair facility provided the only broken components are the shift solenoids. Shift solenoids are not listed as covered components. Under the Exclusions portion of your agreement it states, [a]ny component not listed as a Covered Component is not covered.
Based on all of the information received, your claim will remain denied.
Please review your product warranty agreement for a detailed list of coverage and exclusions.
