I have been scammed by this company! I ordered a trial kit and didn't realise that unless I returned the kit within 14 days I would be billed - £97.95 GBP has been charged on my credit card!
I have spoken to my bank and don't think I will get the money back as the charge is well hidden within the terms and conditions.
I have spoken to customer support at the company and they are adamant that I am not entitled to a refund, even though I have not even used the products, because I should have returned the kit within 14 days. I have been on holiday and just returned to this. I am so annoyed with myself for being taken in like this, I am normally so careful with online shopping. This was an advert on the Boots web-site, so didn't realise it was a scam. If you can do anything to help, I would be very grateful.
