I, like many others who have filed a complaint on this site, thought I was receiving a free product to trial and only had to pay the cost of shipping. No sooner than I received the product my VISA was charged $149.95.
The customer service rep indicated that the free was only for 14 days and I should have returned the product before the 14 days was up. NOWHERE on the site when I ordered did it say that.
Looking for the info now, it is buried in the terms and conditions, but who looks there! I have learned a valuable lesson, and unfortunately legitimate internet companies will never see my business as a result of this experience.
This way of doing business is asbolutely unethical... Horrible way to make a living DEAD SEA people!!!
