I saw a trial offer on a website advertising a producy - 'dead sea beauty kit' for 3.95 pounds (uk)& if you didn't want to take up the offer to return the product within 14 days & no further costs will be charged, i returned the product to an address supplied by the customer support (online) to "israel!!!" & thought that was the end of the matter, however, to my amazement 10 days later i noticed that my account had been debited to the amount of 59.95 pounds (uk) without my authorisation & the fact that i had returned the product meant that i had been charged for something that i no longer had. I have since sent numerous e-mails to the company but they keep coming back to me as unsent & that the e-mail address cannot be located. I have since found out that ds marketing ltd a london based company are the service & goods provider of dead sea kit.com but until now have not been involved in this problem.
Should i contact them direct, go to my bank, complain to companies house — ultimately i want my money back!
What can/should i do??
