I ordered a Dead Sea kit via a samples link on Facebook, Link said it was free and you only paid £3.95 P&P. Realised when the email came they were in Israel and that I would be charged in full if I didn't return trial kit within 14 days. I emailed them straight away to cancel an they said it was too late. (Note this was literally 5 minutes after placing the order) but if i returned they would refund me. I returned the day it arrived by a signed for overseas service costing over £15. Today they have taken another £97-95 out of my account. I have emailed them straight away to request a refund but I know i wont get it back. Will report it to my bank immediately.
