Signed up for free sample plus shipping with 14 days to try before canceling. Product took 6 days to arrive and on the 14 day after ordering had only tried for 7 days was billed $87.50. Called customer service and she said thats our policy and since product was shipped you have to return it and there is a $30 restocking fee. Well they never shipped the product at all and sent me an email that nothing will be shipped no charges will be pursued you are cancelled. No refund scam
