Did not receive complete order (on 6/3) of the two products they suggested be used together.in the process of moving, I did not follow up until 6/17. At that time I requested they hold off on future shipment until I was settled. (moving, serious family illness) and could order the other suggested product. It seemed that was going to be a problem and before the call ended I felt an uneasiness in dealing with this company. I requested they close my account with no further shipments are chgs to my credit card. Today I received another RVTL and they refuse to let me return for full refund. Dishonest, unreliable business practice!
